1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Intermitente 365 app (including the 30X program) and the website intermitente365.com, operated by Igreja Terra Santa, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Description of the service

Intermitente 365 is a daily devotional journey: reading the Word, study (Havruta), worship and prayer, with audio narration and progress tracking. The app is free and in pre-launch. The website presents the app.

3. User account

3.1 Access

Access is provided through Google sign-in. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for providing accurate information.

3.2 Age

Minors should use the app under the supervision of a responsible adult, subject to Google's age requirements.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for illegal or unauthorized purposes;
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data;
• Interfere with operation, reverse engineer or decompile the app;
• Copy, redistribute or resell the content (texts, scripts, narrations, images) without authorization;
• Use bots or automated means abusively.

5. Content and intellectual property

All content — devotional texts, scripts, narrations, images, and the "Intermitente 365" and "30X" marks — belongs to Igreja Terra Santa and is protected by copyright. We grant you a personal, non-transferable and non-commercial license to use it within the app. Scripture passages follow the version adopted in the app, respecting the rights of the respective translation.

6. Devotional nature

Intermitente 365 is a tool for spiritual edification and does not replace pastoral, medical, psychological or any other professional counseling.

7. Availability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We may change, suspend or discontinue features at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the service.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be announced in the app or on the site. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time.

11. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The courts of Goiânia/GO, Brazil are elected to resolve any disputes.
